Internal alignment adds to the practice of yoga postures a psychological dimension which focuses on drsti (gazing), pranayama (breathing) and bandhas (energetic flow). This approach crosses boundaries between various schools of yoga and in doing so helps the practitioner develop a mature practice that focuses not just on the physical aspects of yoga but the psychological benefits as well. Students will learn small, subtle adjustments in form and attitude that can make problematic and difficult poses produce their fruits. Whether you are a beginner or an advanced practitioner of yoga, you’ll learn new ways to adapt to the present moment and make your practice graceful and free. BASIC GUIDELINES
