MINDFULNESS FOR FAMILIES

In the Mindfulness for Families program, we engage in mindfulness through embodied art, movement, sound, language and food activities. As we play with others, and explore the shifts from activity to non activity, and silence, we increase our range and awareness of feeling, creativity, and attention in a way that includes others. Adults have the opportunity to connect through facilitated discussion. Everyone practices slowing down in the midst of stimulation and busyness, so we can honestly and playfully relate to our loved ones. Please note: All ages are welcome. Nobody is turned away for lack of funds. |
